Q. How long does the hair stay in my hair?

    Generally speaking, the time you can use the hair extensions depend on the quality and the extensions top fixed on your hair. Different material has different lifespan.
    For virgin hair, lifetime can long to 6-10 months after colored and making other process. It has full cuticle and didn’t be damaged. You can dye and curly them freely. Different method also influence the lifespan.
    For remy hair, the extensions will keep healthy in 3-6 months. Most people replace the hair extensions after 2-4 months depending on their need to keep good look.
    For tape ins, the glue in hair top can last 4-8 weeks. Then they will fall out, and you can use the replacement tape and reinstall it.
    For per bonded hair, there has many ways to install them. Cold fusion accept repeatedly installed when it falls out. The hot fusion ways lasting longer on head, but don't accept second use. When falling out, you can just throw it.
    For clip in hair and wire hair extensions, you can install and unstall time free.
    You can keep it in very long time if you take care them carefully.

Q. Why are the real colors not exactly the same as those shown on the website?

A:
1. Hair color is handmade. There are slight differences between different batches of hair.
2. Different devices will display colors differently due to different resolutions.
3. Hair extensions, like our natural hair, will produce different colors in different lighting: Product images are taken under strong white light. You will see the correct color of real hair during the day, and a different color at night under warm light.

Q. How long will i need to wait for the hair?

A:
    We will send the hair out in 48-72 hours. Some hair need to wait for longer time, which we have showed in the product page. Shipping contains standard shipping and expedited shipping. In some condition, the order enjoys free expedited shipping. You can select the shipping method and see the shipping time. If you need the hair at one exact short time and not sure if the hair will arrive in time, please contact us after place the order or simply left one note in your order. We will check for you and try our best to avoid any delay.
