To let the package arrive at you successfully, there are some tips that we ask every dear customer to pay attention to:
- Please confirm your address is correct, especially that the postcode matches your city.
- PO Box addresses are only eligible for standard shipping; if you prefer expedited shipping, please provide a full street address.
- Expedited shipping by FedEx is shipped without Signature Confirmation after covid, which may cause the package lost. If you are not home and no one can get the package for you upon delivery, please contact FedEx to appoint a delivery time. Or you can change the address to another place.
- We will ship from China . International shipments may be subject to import duties & taxes. As these charges vary from country to country, we can't calculate them in advance, and you will be responsible for any changes that might occur.

Shipping & Delivery Times:
After you place the order, we need time to prepare the product. Generally, we will send the hair out in 24 hours unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. We don't ship during weekends or Chinese holidays.
- Standard shipping: Takes 10-15 business days on the way.
- Expedited shipping send by FedEx: Generally 3-6 business days on the way
- Please note that due to changes in US tariff policies, there will be a delay in the shipping time of Expedited shipping services from warehouses other than US warehouses to the US. The shipping time is approximately 4-7 working days.
All prices on the website include FREE shipping*. Your hair extensions are shipped from our warehouses located in either China, the US, or the UK.
Shipping Protection by LaaVoo Hair
Shipping Protection is an optional paid value-added service offered by LaaVoo Hair to help safeguard your order during transit.
It is specifically designed to cover packages lost before delivery is completed.
Shipping Protection currently covers:
Packages confirmed as lost in transit before delivery
Packages incorrectly delivered or lost due to carrier error, as confirmed after investigation
Shipping Protection does not cover:
Packages marked as delivered where no carrier issue can be verified
Packages stolen after successful delivery
Not an Insurance Product
Shipping Protection is a service provided by LaaVoo Hair.
It is not an insurance policy and does not constitute insurance coverage.
Eligibility Requirements
Shipping Protection applies only to:
- Orders shipped directly by LaaVoo Hair
- Orders with a total value of up to $800
- Delivery to eligible regions
Claims & Timeframe
Lost in Transit (Covered Scenario)
To qualify for support:
Requests must be submitted no earlier than 7 days after the estimated delivery date
Requests must be submitted within 20 days of the last tracking update
Verification & Cooperation
To process your request, we may require additional information to verify the issue.
This may include:
- Confirming your shipping address
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Reviewing tracking and delivery details with the carrier
Failure to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation may result in claim rejection. Once your claim is approved, LaaVoo Hair will provide one of the following:
Complimentary replacement shipment, or
Full refund of the product cost
Please note: The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. For orders with duplicate Shipping Protection purchases, only one claim will be honored.
Back Orders:
A backorder occurs when there is an influx of orders that exceeds our supply of items. When this occurs, we will notify you immediately and you will have a choice of:

Waiting for your item until we receive more inventory.

Switching out your item for a different color or style.

Remove the item from the order.
*Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
Tracking Your Package:
All shipments have real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. When we fulfill your order, we will send emails to inform you that. You also can check that on your order page to track your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. Please contact us only AFTER you have spoken with your courier for assistance.
Sometimes the mail courier can get delayed by a few hours so plan your hair appointments in advance. We can't control shipping. We process and ship the orders daily. Although it is rare, orders can be lost or delayed due to weather and other uncontrollable forces by the mail courier. We cannot be responsible for these delays. Our most trusted and reliable shipping courier is FedEx, DHL, USPS and UPS.
