How to Apply Invisible Tape In Weft Hair Extensions at Home?
Prep and Section the Hair
Start by brushing your natural hair to remove tangles.
Create a clean horizontal section near the nape of your neck and clip the rest of your hair up.
Cut the Wefts to Fit
Measure the width of the section you created.
Cut the tape in weft into pieces that match the width for a natural blend.
Place the Bottom Tape
Lift a thin slice of your natural hair (not too thick).
Apply the tape in weft about 8mm below the parting and press firmly to secure it.
Apply the Top Tape
Lift the extension piece slightly.
Place the matching top tape piece directly over the bottom one, sandwiching your natural hair in between.
Press firmly from root to ends to ensure both tapes bond well.
Continue Working Upward
Repeat the same steps section by section.
Work your way upward until all desired areas are filled.
Blend and Style
Once all pieces are installed, gently brush and style your hair as usual for a seamless, natural finish.
