It depends on where you are. Generally we will send the hair out in 24 hours unless there is afraudulent warning or shipping address error. We don't ship during weekends or Chinese holidays. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The lifespan of LaaVoo Remy hair can range anywhere between 2-4 months. Virgin hair can last between 6 to 12 months. It depends on the general care they receive and how often they are worn. The important thing to remember is that your hair extensions don't have a natural hydration source like your own hair does. So keeping them moisturized and reducing dryness is crucial to prolonging their lifespan. Just take care of them. You can use them for a very long time.

Just like your natural hair, extensions will shed. Shedding is a common occurrence with hair extensions and because they are made of human hair, you can expect some shedding through out their lifespan. As you brush and style your extensions, some fal-outmay occur so don't be surprised or worried when this happens. This, however, does not mean to reduce the amount you brush your extensions as you can minimize shedding in other ways. Keep in mind, extensions are more likely to shed when they are dry and brittle.

Because different monitors have different displays, the same color may looks a little different. Even the same color number may have little difference. For the final color please refer to the real goods.

Matting and tangling is a normal occurrence with not just your natural hair but with all types of hair extensions. This can happen due to a lack of constant brushing, weather, or dryness. A common reason why extensions tangle and get matted throughout the day is because of a combination of sweat, heat, and friction. Also,keep in mind that when human hair is constantly moving around it's going to matt or clump together in pieces. If you aren't brushing your hair consistently, you're giving the hair the opportunity to matt and tangle. During the day, we generate heat at the nape of our neck and scalp, and often times we sweat back there too. Your sweat is salty, acidic and can dry out your hair extensions. When you add additional hair volume to this combination and constantly move your head throughout the day, tangling and matting will occur. Weather can also contribute to tangling, whether it be due to the wind, humidity or heat. Humidity will add a lot of moisture to the environment which will cause your hair to frizz up and tangle. Heat will do just the opposite as it will dry it out.

If the hair extensions have been properly installed, it won't damage your hair. Good method of install is important. If you go to salon to apply your extensions, just ignore the problem. If you install them by yourself, you should search to check some knowledge before apply or remove them by your hair.

We have 14 - 30 inch hair. If the hair length doesn’t suit you, please feel free to contact us. We'd like to check it for you. Since LaaVoo Hair is made of 100% remy human hair, therefore, it can be cut or trimmed to any desired length by an experienced hair stylist if you are interested in a shorter length. We're always open to feedback! Should you be interested in a specific length that we don't currently carry, kindly send us an email at service@laavoo.net and we'll be happy to share your suggestion with our Product Development team for future consideration.

For Thin Hair: 100 grams is enough to make a full head, 50 gram to add hair volume
For Thick hair: 150 grams to 200 grams will be enough

Yes, our hair accept colored to darker color. It also accept straighten and curled. But please care that these will damage the hair extensions as it does to your own hair.

All the extensions were designed accept wash. You can wash your hair with extensions on head. But be careful:
1. Please don't wash your hair after you apply the extensions in 48-72 hours. They need some time to stick to your hair and come to stable situation.
2.Tape in hair extensions and some keratin pre bonded hair extensions will loses its viscosity when touching shampoo. Please don't let the shampoo touch them with long time.

Of cause yes. You can sleep with hair extensions, for your comfort, it's not recommended to sleep with clip ins or halo as they are easy to take off. But if possible. please make braid or other ways to avoid damage them and your own hair during sleep.

Yes, the hair can be dyed as it is healthy human hair, keep full cuticle and accept free colored. There is a general rule that lighter hair is more likely to dye dark hair. And we suggest you ask the hairstylist to do it for you. Always try a small stand of hair first when you dye it.

"Remy" refers to the alignment of the hair cuticle, or the outermost layer of the hair shaft. It is collected from the donor in a way that keeps the hair's cuticles aligned and going in the same direction. When the cuticles are intact, the hair stay silky smooth and is less-prone to annoyances like tangling, shedding, and fly always. Virgin human hair that is unprocessed and unaltered. Virgin hair meet any condition of "remy" but damage less. Totally keep the hair healthy.
